TERMS

Event space rental includes use of the event room, common room, and breakfast room for prep and storage. Front porch may be used as well, as long as overnight guests are not disturbed. We can accommodate up to 45 people. 

Our cost for event hosting is $100 per hour for small events such as baby/bridal showers, or birthday parties. Please be aware that any time used for setup and cleanup must be included in rental fees. We do require a minimum 4-hour rental time.  

Small weddings- less than 50 people, are $1000 for a 8-hour day.

Tables and chairs are included with rental. White linen tablecloths may be rented for an additional $50.

A $100 nonrefundable deposit is due at time of booking.
